After years of personal exploration in strength and movement, he officially stepped into coaching in 2017, driven by a desire to help others move better, feel stronger, and live with purpose.

Brandon specializes in rotational strength and creative movement, blending traditional training with unconventional tools like steel mace, clubs, kettlebells, sandbags and more. His approach is both grounded and innovative—built to challenge the mind and body, unlock athletic potential, and promote longevity. James Davidson is a dynamic and versatile fitness trainer dedicated to helping clients unlock their full potential through a blend of innovative training techniques and functional movement practices.
